I recently watched this video on TED about how a fly, well uh , flies. Here’s the video link:

Michael makes a valid point that using fruit flies as a model for humans is so mis-matched given how they produce such awe inspiring flight with a brain no bigger than a cell. It was quite humbling to say the least.

Just when I was wondering whether we are capable of anything even barely close to it, I stumbled upon another video on Facebook.

There are at least a few fruit flies among us humans!
